Choosing a counsellor and practitioner can be a difficult decision, especially if you are going through a hard time. It is important that you feel comfortable talking to your counsellor, and also confident that they will be able to help you. To help you make a decision about whether I might be the right counsellor for you, I offer a free, 30-minute initial consultation. If you decide that the fit isn't right, or if I feel that I am not the best person to help you, I will be happy to provide you with referrals to other resources.

 My rates for counselling services are as follows:  

• $150 per 60 minute session (includes GST)

Group and workshop rates are quoted on a per service basis. 

I believe that therapy is an extremely worthwhile investment in yourself, but I also recognize that there are times when it is truly just not affordable, and so I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to help make my services more accessible. Please call me to discuss. I can also provide referrals to lower-fee alternatives, if necessary. 

I require 24 hours notice in order to cancel or change appointments. Cancelled or missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at your normal rate.
