At CircleStone, conflict is approached with the belief that difficult conversations can lead to new opportunities. Conflict occurs when tension arises between people with different needs, perspectives or beliefs, and they perceive that tension as a threat. In order to resolve conflict, we need to learn to work with the tension and energy present to build and expand relationships within ourselves and with each others.
